Crock pot german potato salad

Ingredients

2Potatoes; sliced
½cupOnions; copped
½cupCelery sliced
¼cupGreen peppers; diced
¼cupVinegar
¼cupOil
Chopped parsley
Sliced bacon; cooked and crumbled

Directions

Combine all ingredients except parsley and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 5-6 hours in crock pot. Add sugar if needed.
