German country potato salad

Ingredients

| 4 | Hard boiled eggs | |
| 1 | small | Cucumber | 
| 3 | ounces | Bacon; diced | 
| 4 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise | 
| 2 | Onions; finely chopped | |
| 3 | teaspoons | Parsley flakes | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Snipped chives | 
| Oil | ||
| Vinegar | ||
Directions
Boil potatoes, peel & slice in cubes. Fry bacon until crisp. Slice eggs & cucumber & mix together with oil & vinegar to taste. Salt & pepper. Serve cool.
