German country potato salad

1 | small | Cucumber |
3 | ounces | Bacon; diced |
4 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
2 | Onions; finely chopped | |
3 | teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
2 | teaspoons | Snipped chives |
Oil | ||
Vinegar |
Directions
Boil potatoes, peel & slice in cubes. Fry bacon until crisp. Slice eggs & cucumber & mix together with oil & vinegar to taste. Salt & pepper. Serve cool.
