Creamy parmesan dressing

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Olive Oil |
| ½ | cup | Corn Oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Wine Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Parmesan Cheese; Grated |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground Cloves |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Tabasco |
| 1 | Clove Garlic; Minced | |
Directions
With processor running drop in cloves of garlic to mince. Add egg and run processor until egg turns light yellow. Pour in oils in a light stream to produce a mayonnaise mixture. Add remaining ingredients and process with several on off turns to mix. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. For Pasta Caesar Salad I use Radiatore pasta nuggets, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, torn romaine lettuce, fresh garlic croutons, and creamy Parmesan dressing.
