2cansOranges, drained (11 oz can)
4cupsStrawberries, halved
3tablespoonsLime juice, fresh
3tablespoonsLemon juice, fresh
3tablespoonsVegetable oil
1teaspoonMint
½teaspoonCurry powder
¼teaspoonSalt
Crisp salad greens
4Bananas, sliced

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserve ¾ cup juice. Chill pineapple, orange, and strwberries. Blend reserved pineapple juice, lime juice, oil, mint, curry powder, and salt in a small bowl and refrigerate covered. When ready to serve salad, arrange crisp greens on large serving platter.

Add bananas to other fruits. Attractively arrange fruits on greens.
