Cream of pecan soup

½teaspoonSoy sauce
½teaspoonVegetable seasoning
1Dash nutmeg
1cupPecans, ground fine
½cupCelery leaves
cupCream or half & half
4Sprigs mint

Directions

Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour and broth. Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve with mint.
