Pudding pecan pie

Ingredients

1cupSyrup, dark corn
ouncePudding mix, vanilla instant
¾cupMilk, evaporated
1Egg; slightly beaten
1cupPecans; chopped
1Pastry shell (8\"); unbaked
Whipped topping
Pecan halves

Directions

Combine syrup and pudding mix in a bowl. Gradually add evaporated milk and egg; stir to blend. Add pecans and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until pie is set, about 55 minutes.

Garnish with whipped topping and pecan halves.
