Butter pecan sauce

2 Cups

Ingredients

½cupButter
1cupPecan pieces
1cupCrystal brown sugar, packed
cupHeavy cream or 1 can (5 3/8 oz) evaporated milk
¼cupCorn syrup

Directions

In heave saucepan, melt butter. Add pecan. Heat until pecans are lightly toasted and butter is lightly browned. Stir in brown sugar, cream and corn sytup; cook gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not overcook. Serve warm or cold.

This sauce will become an all-time favorite. Serve this on ice cream or cake. Delicious.
