Butter pecan sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | cup | Pecan pieces |
| 1 | cup | Crystal brown sugar, packed |
| ⅓ | cup | Heavy cream or 1 can (5 3/8 oz) evaporated milk |
| ¼ | cup | Corn syrup |
Directions
In heave saucepan, melt butter. Add pecan. Heat until pecans are lightly toasted and butter is lightly browned. Stir in brown sugar, cream and corn sytup; cook gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Do not overcook. Serve warm or cold.
This sauce will become an all-time favorite. Serve this on ice cream or cake. Delicious.
