Cranberry apple cobbler

1 | tablespoon | Orange peel -- grated |
½ | cup | Brown sugar -- packed |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cloves |
1 | tablespoon | Unbleached flour |
½ | cup | Unbleached flour |
1 | tablespoon | Margarine -- in bits |
½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
⅓ | cup | Fat-free plain yogurt |
½ | teaspoon | Granulated sugar |
Directions
Preheat oven at 400. Prepare a baking pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, apples, orange peel, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and 1 tablespoon flour. Put mixture in prepared baking pan. Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine. In another bowl, combine remaining flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the remaining margarine, combine until resembles crumbs, and stir in yogurt (dough will be sticky). Drop dough by spoonfuls onto cranberry mixture, sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes.
