Crab imperial - 3

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Chopped pimento
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 drops Hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
2 pounds Backfin crabmeat
1 teaspoon Old Bay or to taste
1 teaspoon Mayonnaise per shell
dash Paprika for sprinkling

Mix fist six ingredients well with fork until blended. Put crabmeat in a large bowl and sprinkle with seafood seasoning. Add egg mixture and mix gently.

Spoon mixture into 8 individual shells. Spread mayonnaise over top of each shell and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in 400 oven until hot and bubbly - about 20 min. Serve immediately
