Easy crab imperial

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Crab meat [flaked]
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 \N Egg whites [stiffly beaten]
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ \N Bread crumbs

1) Mix the crab meat and the mayonnaise in a bowl, then fold in the egg whites, salt & pepper... 2) Pour into a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with the bread crumbs... 3) Bake in a 350ø oven for for 45 min.
