Crabmeat garden rolls

Ingredients

1Red onion; Chopped
½cupMayonnaise
3tablespoonsChili sauce
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1tablespoonSweet pickle relish
1tablespoonDry sherry
1teaspoonDry mustard
¼teaspoonSalt
1poundsCrab meat; Picked clean
10Leaves Red leaf lettuce; flattened
1Red and/or yellow pepper; cut into thin strips
10Chives

Directions

In medium bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, relish, sherry, mustard and salt. Gently fold in crab meat. Place ⅓ cup filling in center of each lettuce leaf. Evenly divide pepper strips among crab.

Starting at root end, roll leaf around crab meat. Halfway through, fold sides over and continue rolling into an egg-roll shape. Tie each roll with a chive. Chill until ready to serve.
