Crabmeat cream cheese balls

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces IMITATION CRABMEAT
8 ounces CREAM CHEESE
2 teaspoons MUSTARD
2 teaspoons CHOPPED ONION
1½ teaspoon LEMON JUICE
1 dash CAYENNE PEPPER
1 dash SALT
⅔ cup CHOPPED WALNUTS

In a bowl combine all ingredients except crabmeat and nuts. Finely chop crabmeat in a food processor and stir into mixture. Chill. Form ½ inch balls and roll in finely chopped walnuts.
