Crab casserole

| 1 | cup | Diced Onion |
| ½ | cup | Miracle Whip |
| 1 | cup | Chopped Celery |

| 4 | larges | Beaten Eggs |
| 3 | cups | Milk |
| 10½ | ounce | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
| Grated Cheddar Cheese | ||
Directions
Cook the celery for 10 minutes in a small amount of water. Drain the celery. Dice 4 slices of bread into the casserole. Mix the crabmeat, onion, Miracle Whip, green peppers and celery. Place over bread in casserole. Dice remaining 4 slices of bread and place on top of crabmeat mixture. Mix the eggs and milk; pour over top. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325øF oven. Spoon soup over top. Add grated cheese and paprika. Continue to bake at 325øF for one hour. Serve hot. From: Syd's Cookbook.
