Crabmeat au gratin

1eachStick of butter
1eachBunch of green onions (chop)
1canEvaporated milk
½poundsSwiss cheese (five slices)
4tablespoonsDry white wine
1poundsCrab meat

Directions

Saute green onions in butter til soft. Add flour.

Blen together and begin adding cream radually until sauce is smooth.

Add cheese, wine and seasonings (salt, pepper, and cayene pepper to taste). Fold in crabmeat very gently.
