Art's mock crabmeat casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour creame
2 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon Onion; diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon Curry powder
6 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 pounds Mock crabmeat

Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Turn into greased 1½-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350^ for 40 to 50 minutes.
