Yield: 10 servings
|1 can||Cream of celery soup -- 10|
|1||Box stuffing -- corn bread|
|1½ pounds||Ground beef, extra lean|
|½ pounds||Ground veal -- ground|
|¼ pounds||Ground pork|
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1½ hrs. or until no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
