Ingredients

1canCream of celery soup -- 10

Undiluted
½teaspoonPepper
1Box stuffing -- corn bread
Mix
poundsGround beef, extra lean
½poundsGround veal -- ground
¼poundsGround pork

Directions

In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1½ hrs. or until no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
