Ingredients

| 1 | can | Cream of celery soup -- 10 |

| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Box stuffing -- corn bread | |
| Mix | ||
| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef, extra lean |
| ½ | pounds | Ground veal -- ground |
| ¼ | pounds | Ground pork |
Directions
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1½ hrs. or until no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
