County meat loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 each Egg
1 can Cream of celery soup -- 10
¾ \N Oz
\N \N Undiluted
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 \N Box stuffing -- corn bread
\N \N Mix
1½ pounds Ground beef, extra lean
½ pounds Ground veal -- ground
¼ pounds Ground pork

In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1½ hrs. or until no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
