Country style buttermilk pancakes with berry

| 1 | cup | Buttermilk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |

| 1 | tablespoon | Cornmeal |
| ½ | cup | Wheat flour, whole-grain |
| ½ | cup | White flour |
| **BERRY SAUCE** | ||
| 2 | cups | Berries |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Directions
Beat together buttermilk, egg whites, and corn oil. Stir buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix. Top with Homemade Berry Sauce
BERRY SAUCE: Combine 2 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries), honey and sugar in small saucepan stirring constantly.
Turn heat down and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
