Buttermilk pancakes with strawberry sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 cups Buttermilk
2 \N Eggs; beaten slightly
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
\N \N Strawberry sauce:
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ cup Orange juice
1 pint Strawberries; sliced
2 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Blueberries; optional

Recipe by: Milk Advisory Board To make pancakes combine dry ingredients, add milk, eggs and melted butter. Stir until moistened (there should be some lumps). Use ⅓ cup batter for each pancake.

Makes 15 4-inch pancakes.

To make sauce, combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice. Heat in saucepan until thickened, add straw berries. Use to top pancakes and garnish with blueberries.
