Country corn bread

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Plain yogurt |
| ¼ | cup | Vegetable cooking oil |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | All-purpose flour |
| 1 | cup | Enriched cornmeal |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
Bake at 400 for about
20 minutes.
