Country corn bread

Ingredients

8ouncesPlain yogurt
¼cupVegetable cooking oil
1Egg
1cupAll-purpose flour
1cupEnriched cornmeal
¼cupSugar
½teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.

Bake at 400 for about

20 minutes.
