Cornmeal and wholemeal muffins

| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Yoghurt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | cup | Wholemeal flour |
| 1 | cup | Fine cornmeal |
| 1 | cup | Coarse cornmeal |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining premixed ingredients & blend until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A hearty, healthy muffin!
