Cornmeal ham muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Oil
1 cup Yoghurt
2 Eggs
1 cup Chopped cooked ham
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
3 teaspoons Dry mustard
½ cup Coarse cornmeal
1 cup Flour

Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Mix remaining ingredients, add to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A very nice savoury muffin.
