Cornmeal ham muffins

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| ¼ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | cup | Yoghurt |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped cooked ham |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 3 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
| ½ | cup | Coarse cornmeal |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Mix remaining ingredients, add to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A very nice savoury muffin.
