Corn kugel

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans (15 oz) Creamed corn
½ cup Melted margarine
¼ cup Sugar
3 Eggs
½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¾ cup Coffee Rich; (She used the lo-fat)
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix together all ingredients but corn. Add corn last. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 1hr 15 min.
