Corn kugel

Ingredients

2cans(15 oz) Creamed corn
½cupMelted margarine
¼cupSugar
3Eggs
½cupFlour
1teaspoonBaking powder
¾cupCoffee Rich; (She used the lo-fat)
¼cupWater
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Mix together all ingredients but corn. Add corn last. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 1hr 15 min.
