Corn jalapeno casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground meat |
| 1 | can | Whole kernel corn; drained |
| ½ | cup | Chopped jalapeno peppers |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
| 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | medium | Bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 | pack | Cheddar cheese; (optional) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Starting at the top, combine all ingredients (mixing well after each addition) except Cheddar cheese.
2. Season to taste.
3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
