Corn jalapeno casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground meat
1 can Whole kernel corn; drained
½ cup Chopped jalapeno peppers
1 Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 medium Bell pepper; chopped
1 pack Cheddar cheese; (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Starting at the top, combine all ingredients (mixing well after each addition) except Cheddar cheese.

2. Season to taste.

3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese.

4. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
