Corn bread squares

Yield: 9 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
2 eaches Eggs -- beaten
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Vegetable oil

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. beat just until moistened. Spoon into a greased 8 in. square baking pan. Bake at 400 deg. for 20 to 25 min.

or until bread tests done. Yield: 9 servings.
