Cooler-than-cool yogurt drink

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Cubes seeded pared cucumber |
| 5 | Fresh mint leaves; up to 6 leaves, OR 1/2 teas. dried mint leaves | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Cracked ice |
| Additional mint leaves for garnish; (optional) | ||
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
