Cooler-than-cool yogurt drink

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Plain lowfat yogurt
1 small Ripe avocado; diced
cup Cubes seeded pared cucumber
5 Fresh mint leaves; up to 6 leaves, OR 1/2 teas. dried mint leaves
½ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 cup Cracked ice
Additional mint leaves for garnish; (optional)

Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
