|1¾ cup||Plain yogurt|
|⅓ cup||Honey or sugar; up to 1/2|
|½ teaspoon||Rose essence|
|Edible rose petals for garnish; (optional)|
Put yogurt, sugar, and rose essence into a container of an electric blender and blend until the sugar dissolves, about 20 seconds. Add the ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed and the yogurt shake is frothy. Serve immediately in tall glasses, if desired, garnished with edible rose petals.
