Peachy yogurt cooler

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chilled peach nectar
½ cup Milk
1 \N Container (6 ounces) peach yogurt
\N \N Ground nutmeg

Place nectar, milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 2 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-¼ CUPS EACH); 180 CALORIES PER SERVING.
