Yield: 1 pie
|1||KEEBLER Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)|
|⅔ cup||Boiling water|
|1 pack||JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin or any flavor (4-serving size)|
|½ cup||Cold water|
|1 pack||COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed (8 oz)|
1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes, until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1¼ cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
2. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 10 minutes until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. (Store leftover pie in refrigerator.)
Preparation time: 20 minutes. Chilling time: 4 hours.
