Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
⅓ cup | Canola oil (you could probably use any other oil, but they said this was the healthiest one to use) |
1½ teaspoon | Skim milk (could probably use 2 percent or regular) |
for a 9" crust
Place all ingredients in pie plate. Mix with fingers. Press into plate bottom & sides. Use as you would any other pie pastry.
