Easy pie crust

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
⅓ cup Canola oil (you could probably use any other oil, but they said this was the healthiest one to use)
1½ teaspoon Skim milk (could probably use 2 percent or regular)

for a 9" crust

Place all ingredients in pie plate. Mix with fingers. Press into plate bottom & sides. Use as you would any other pie pastry.
