1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
1 cup | Half & half |
1⅓ cup | Toasted coconut |
1 cup | Coarsely chopped toasted |

Stir together sugar, starch & half & half in med saucepan until blended. Bring to simmering over med heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut & pecans.
Cool 15 minutes. Spread over bar cookies.
