Coconut topping

| ½ | cup | Powdered sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| 1 | cup | Half & half |
| 1⅓ | cup | Toasted coconut |
| 1 | cup | Coarsely chopped toasted |
| Pecans | ||
Directions
Stir together sugar, starch & half & half in med saucepan until blended. Bring to simmering over med heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut & pecans.
Cool 15 minutes. Spread over bar cookies.
