½ cup | Parmesan cheese |

1 small | Can tomato sauce |
3 \N | Slices Mozzarella cheese |
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese.Mix lightly.In a 10 x 6" loaf pan, shape loaf.Bake 1½ to 2 hours.Drain excess fat.Pour tomato sauce over loaf during last ½ hour of baking time.Place Mozzarella cheese on top.Bake 5 to 10 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
