Cinnamon apple bread

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Apple juice; or apple cider
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
3 cups Flour
1 pack Active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Cinnamon; or more, to taste

This makes a 1½ lb. loaf and works wonderfully in my Zojirushi. I used the light crust setting.

This is the best-smelling loaf I've ever made.
