2 cups White bread flour
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive oil
⅔ cup Corn meal
⅓ cup Creamed corn
2 tablespoons Green chilies, canned/diced
1 teaspoon Jalapeno peppers, "
1 teaspoon Cilantro, dried
1½ teaspoon Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
2 teaspoons Yeast, acfive dry

Served with chili, this lightly textured loaf will convince you never to back to plain corn bread again! Drain canned chilies and jalapeno peppers well. Be careful! Jalapeno and chili juice can sting.

This recipe can be used with regular and rapid bake cycles.
