Yield: 4 Servings
|1||Head garlic; coarsely chopped|
|3 tablespoons||Lemon or lime juice|
|1 teaspoon||Ground coriander|
|1 teaspoon||Curry powder OR 1 tsp garam masala|
|5||Cardamon pods; the seeds|
|⅓ cup||Olive oil|
|Salt and pepper; to taste|
Combine in the order listed.
Marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Especially good on lamb kebabs, chicken breasts or big shrimp in their shells.
