Ingredients

2tablespoonsOil
2cupsSliced celery
1cupSliced onions
½cupPork gravy
1canMushroom soup
¼cupSoy sauce
2cupsChopped cooked pork
1canChinese vegetables

Directions

Cook onions & celery in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles (I use both.) Good use for left-over pork roast.
