Chop suey #1

4 Servings

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
2 cups Sliced celery
1 cup Sliced onions
½ cup Pork gravy
1 can Mushroom soup
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 cups Chopped cooked pork
1 can Chinese vegetables

Cook onions & celery in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles (I use both.) Good use for left-over pork roast.
