Chop suey #1

Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | tablespoons | Oil |
2 | cups | Sliced celery |
1 | cup | Sliced onions |
½ | cup | Pork gravy |
1 | can | Mushroom soup |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
2 | cups | Chopped cooked pork |
1 | can | Chinese vegetables |
Cook onions & celery in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles (I use both.) Good use for left-over pork roast.
