Mom's chop suey

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pork or chicken, chopped
¾ cup Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 large Can Chinese vegetables

Fry meat until nearly done. Add sugar, soy sauce, and juice from canned veggies. Add onion and cook until tender. Add veggies. Add 1c water. Thicken with corn starch <take 1/4c cold water and 2T corn starch>.

Serve hot with rice and chow mein noodles.
