Chop suey cake

| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Coconut Flakes |
| 1 | cup | Chopped Nuts |
| 1 | Crushed Pineapple 20 oz all | |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking Powder |
| Icing | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Soda |
| 1 | 8 oz Cream Cheese | |
| 1 | Stick Margarine | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 2 | cups | Confectioners Sugar |
Directions
Mix Flour, Sugar, Pineapple and juice, ½ the nuts, some Coconut, Soda and the Eggs with a fork. Bake in a greased and floured sheet cake pan, Bake at 350 for 35 - 45 min.
Icing Combine Cream Cheese, Margarine, Vanilla and Confectioners Sugar, whip well. Spread on warm cake. Good!!! Paul Howard
