2Beef bouillon cubes
Dissolved in
cupBoiling water
2tablespoonsCornstarch dissolved in
½cupWater
1can(28oz) chop suey vegetables,
Drained
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
Cooked rice
Chow mein noodles

Directions

Combine beef and bouillon; stir in cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Add veggies and soy sauce; stir until heated through. Serve with rice and noodles.
