|8 ounces||Cream cheese|
|⅓ cup||Granulated sugar|
|2 ounces||Bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled|
|2 tablespoons||Orange liqueur|
|1 teaspoon||Finely grated orange rind|
|1 teaspoon||Finely chopped pistachios|
|Tiny mint sprigs (optional)|
Starting at tips of strawberries, make 2 crosswise slits almost to stem ends, without cutting through. Set aside.
In bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat in cooled chocolate, orange liqueur and rind.
