Chocolate snowflake cookies

cup Sugar
½ cup Vegetable Oil
4 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate --
Melted
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
cup Flour -- sifted
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Powdered Sugar -- sifted

Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and then add to chocolate mixture in thirds, mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill dough 2 hours or longer, then make 1-inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes on greased cookies sheets at 350.
