Christmas sugar cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup White or brown sugar
\N \N With
½ cup Butter or cubed margarine
\N \N Beat in:
2 \N Eggs
2½ \N To 2 3/4 all purpose flour
2 teaspoons Double acting baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Chill the dough 3 to 4 hours before rolling. Preheat oven to 375.

Bake 7 to 12 minutes.

I've doubled this recipe many times and frozen the cookies undecorated until the kids had time to decorate. They always turn out great. Hope this helps
