Chocolate pudding cake

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Chopped nuts
2 teaspoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Veg oil
½ cup Milk
¾ cup Sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
2 cups Boiling water

Combine flour, sugar, nuts, cocoa, baking pwdr, and salt in 2½ qt casserole dish (microwave safe). Add vanilla, oil, milk and mix well.

Combine sugar and cocoa and sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Cook uncovered on "high" for 9 minutes (rotating dish several times to ensure even cooking).
