Chocolate pudding cake #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Sugar
6 tablespoons Cocoa
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Melted shortening
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Brown sugar

Add nuts and put in greased pan (my mom always used a 2 quart casserole dish). Mix brown sugar, 4 Tb. cocoa and sprinkle on top. Add 1-½ cups boiling water. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
