Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies #2

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Flour
1½ cup Rolled oats
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Stick butter
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Dark brown sugar
1 \N Egg
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Kahlua
1 pack (6-oz) chocolate chips

Date: Thu, 27 Jan 1994 17:29:15 -0500 Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl stir together the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy.

Add the egg, vanilla, and Kahlua. Then add the flour mixture, then the chocolate chips. Put balls of dough 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
