Chocolate chip/oatmeal cookies

Yield: 112 Cookies

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Butter
2 cups Brown sugar
2 cups Sugar
4 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 cups Flour
5 cups Oatmeal
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Soda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
24 ounces Chocolate chips
8 ounces German Chocolate (chopped or grated)

Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda.
