Chocolate chip/oatmeal cookies

| 2 | cups | Butter |
| 2 | cups | Brown sugar |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 4 | cups | Flour |
| 5 | cups | Oatmeal |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soda |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 24 | ounces | Chocolate chips |
| 8 | ounces | German Chocolate (chopped or grated) |
Directions
Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda.
