Yield: 112 Cookies
|2 cups||Brown sugar|
|2 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|24 ounces||Chocolate chips|
|8 ounces||German Chocolate (chopped or grated)|
Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda.
