Chocolate caramel pecan cookies

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Margarine
¾ cup Packed brown sugar
½ cup Granulated sugar
1 each Egg
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
6 ounces Squares semi sweet chocolate, chopped
25 eaches Vanilla caramels, quartered
¾ cup Coarsely chopped pecans

Cream together the margarine, sugars, egg and vanilla until light and creamy. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to the creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Add remaining ingredeints. Drop by spoonsful onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375F for 8-12 minutes, or until light golden. Cool 5 minutes on sheets then remove to cooling racks. Alternative: Try white chocolate and almonds for another great combo. Store in airtight container.
