Chocolate buttermilk walnut pie

1⅔ cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
½ cup Buttermilk baking mix
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons Butter or margarine melted
3 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 cup Walnuts; chopped

\N \N Ice cream

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor, combine sugar, buttermilk, baking mix, cocoa, melted butter, eggs and vanilla/ Process until smooth and well blended, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice, 1 to 2 mins.

2. Pour filling into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake 40 to 45 mins, or until set. Serve pie warm or cold, topped with scoops of ice cream.
