Chocolate walnut pie

Measure Ingredient
3 larges Eggs
1½ cup Sugar
¾ \N Stick (6 tablespoons) butter, melted and cooled
2 teaspoons Vanilla
¾ cup Flour
1½ cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1½ cup Chopped walnuts Vanilla ice cream Creme de cacao Unbaked pastry for a 9 inch pie, fitted into pie pan and refrigerated.

In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, sugar, butter (melted and cooled), vanilla and beat the mixture lightly until blended. Then add flour, chocolate and walnuts. Mix well. Pour filling into the shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Cake tester will come out almost clean. Top will be light in color and crusty. Pie is best served warm with vanilla ice cream and topped with creme de cacao. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
