Buttermilk pie #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 cups Sugar
1 Stick margarine; melted
4 tablespoons Flour
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Lemon extract
1 cup Buttermilk
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients & mix well; pour into pie shell. Bake for 60 minutes.
