Buttermilk pecan pie

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 Eggs
3 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
½ cup Pecans

Use a deep dish pie shell. Place pecans on bottom of crust. Melt butter. Add sugar and vanilla; beat together. Add eggs, flour and salt; mix thoroughly. Stir in buttermilk. Pour over pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-23-95
